How do we work together?

Everything we do together will be online: through my Fit and Free app [iPhone & Android], email, phone calls, and Voxer (a walkie-talkie type app that allows me to support you in real-time)! This provides you with unlimited accountability, responsiveness and regular check-ins. When you begin working with me, you will feel swaddled in love and support! You won’t be able to fall off track because I’ll be holding you accountable and calling you on your BS. I GOT YOU!!

What can you expect from me as you coach??

SO MUCH FUN + A HELL OF A RIDE!! Lots of communication and talking, vulnerability and honesty. Struggle with binge eating? Cool, we’ll work through it. Use food to cope with your struggles? Great, I’ve been there and I can walk you through the process. We will work through all the things that cause you shame, guilt or sabotage. We will develop healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits that you will use for life to maintain your fat loss. Everything is tracked in my app, so you can see yourself losing weight and getting stronger over time.

I don’t want to track calories for the rest of your life.

GOOD! I DON’T EITHER. After working together, you won’t have to. I recommend you start tracking your food for the first few weeks or so, but we will transition to habit based eating and build a set of tools to go about living your life, without feeling shame or guilt. And yes, you will be able to order the foods you love and find what foods make you feel your best. It takes time, but I promise, it’s possible. I’ve done it for hundreds of women. Just ask them. I can do it for you, too. I won’ t let you fail.

But I love dessert. And cheese. And wine. And pizza.

Yeah girl, me too. I emphasize a balanced approach to health and fitness as a lifestyle and firmly believe in including your favorite foods/drinks. 80-85% of the foods you eat will be majority foods (mostly whole foods, without a wrapper or barcode) and 15-20% of the foods you eat will be for pure pleasure (ex: pizza, sushi, a nice glass of Malbec, a cold IPA, a blueberry cake donut). We will figure out what your “worth it” foods are and make sure to start reintroducing them regularly in your life, removing restrictions!

What’s our relationship going to be like?

OHHH IT’S GONNA BE FUN! Also, hard work. But lots of communication and honesty. We will be chatting multiple times a week and when things come up, I GOT YOUR BACK. I start as your coach, but I can guarantee that our coaching relationship will become much deeper than that. I am here for you, every step of the way, and want you to win. I believe in my clients more than anything. I won’t let you fail. I promise.
