Yes—workout plans and nutrition matter—but we realized that nothing stuck until we changed our mindset.
We continued to self-sabotage until we found inner strength and tackled our negative thoughts dead on. We wondered why we lost and gained the same 10lbs until we found community and learned we weren’t alone in our struggles.
Once our mindset shifted, we started seeing changes in our confidence.
Once we were open to receiving (and giving) help, we saw lasting results in our bodies. We found control and flexibility in our actions. Connecting to others about our shared obstacles, bulletproofing our mindsets, and dramatically shifting our habits opened the door for us to get there.
