Before you achieve the body you want, you need to get your mind right. For so long, the thoughts in my head ultimately sabotaged my fat loss because of the story I told myself.
My goal for all of my online clients is to help them stop the sabotage, to ditch the limiting beliefs, to shine a light on the past experiences that have hurt you and held you back from feeling worthy enough to reach your goals in the first place.
A strong mind leads to a strong body. As an online coach with an emphasis on mindset and feeling good, I will help you achieve the body of your dreams, achieve confidence, clarity, build a lifestyle you can sustain and find happiness from within.
Once we address those thoughts, conscious or subconscious, I work with you to develop healthy habits in the kitchen, in your lifestyle and with your daily movement. I specialize in body recomposition (toning up), weight loss, as well as understanding proper sleep, water intake, recovery, and nutrition habits. I emphasize a balanced approach to health and fitness as a lifestyle and firmly believe in including your favorite foods/drinks. My thing is fish tacos, a nice glass of Malbec or Japanese whiskey (neat, please) or a blueberry cake donut.. but maybe yours is pizza, sushi or whatever else gets you all hot ‘n’ bothered.

A lil tid-bit before you go: Yes, I am the coach, but it’s important to know that I do share similar struggles with you. We are all human, after all. The main difference between you and I is that I have probably failed a hell of a lot more times. But, I have managed to get back up time after time, have accumulated strategies to manage challenges and have built habits that have allowed me to maintain my physique. I follow the same habits that I will help you build. I am right there with you, playing on the same field. I just have a bit more experience, a bit more time in the game. That’s exactly why I love what I do. Because I get to remind you that you aren’t alone. We are all struggling with shit and I want to help you manage and work through yours.
