I was a chronic people pleaser and didn’t use my voice. I wouldn’t wear certain outfits because I was insecure. I would get easily triggered by people.

Now I know I create the rules!!! I am so empowered to stand up for myself, to wear what makes me feel confident and do things that make me happy.

I have a wins jar, I am consistent with journaling, positive self talk, and getting stronger with my workouts. I am no longer limiting myself. I am feeling like myself again, feeling happier”
