Let me ask you this: if you can’t go ALL IN on your workouts or eating healthy, do you say screw it & not try at all? Do you struggle with an all-or-morning mentality? 👀

If I didn’t have 60 mins to workout, I didn’t even try.
If I didn’t eat a healthy breakfast, I’d say screw it and ruin the rest of the day.
If I didn’t have a gym to lift in, I didn’t bother exercising.
If I didn’t go ALL OUT, I didn’t see the point.

Well, your all-or-nothing mentality is ruining you. ⠀
It’s destroying you.
It’s causing you to stop before you even start.
It’s causing you negative emotions.
When you think in absolutes, you put yourself in a corner. There’s no grey area.
Get out of that space by giving yourself permission to be human. I want you to acknowledge that YOU ARE A HUMAN 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Give yourself some grace! ♥️
